STAGES OF WORKS

Preparing technical specifications for a design project
Formation of customer's requests and wishes for the future design project.

Layout
Based on technical specifications and a measurement plan, several layouts are prepared for the customer to review. One of them is being finalized and becomes a framework for a space-planning solution, sketches, and visualizations. At this stage, we discuss all engineering systems with the contractors in order to use the potential of each square meter of the space and link all elements together in favor of beauty and function.

Sketches
At this step, preliminary documentation including layouts and elevations is prepared in order to put together specifications on the equipment, furniture, millwork, as well as construction and installation works.

Furnishing and equipping
Time for picking furniture, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, and decorative materials. Exploring markets, shops, and salons.

Visualization
Visualization is a photorealistic picture of the interior showing all the volumes, colors, and details which allows the customer to get a full understanding of our aesthetic and functional solutions.

Construction documentation
At this stage, final album of construction documents is prepared, it includes all the coherent layouts, elevations, units and specifications. It's time to start building!

Preparing technical specifications for a design project
Visiting future construction site, study of the context, formation of customer's requests and wishes, requesting documentation and/or measurements of the existing frame if the building is already under construction.

Façade concept
Time to put together ideas, perspective scenery points, and materials; binding to the architecture of the object.

Sketches
At this stage, preliminary documentation including façade sketches in plane and volume is prepared. Another important step is finding suppliers and consulting with construction and installation contractors.

Visualization
A photorealistic picture shows how the building fits into the existing environment; demonstrates the connection of the façade and the context.

Construction documentation
The final album of construction documents includes all the coherent façades, sections, and details. It's time to start building!

Our service of Architectural Supervision consists of various parts:

Weekly visits to the construction site
Depending on the stage of construction the number of our visits may vary. Usually our architects visit the site 2-4 times a month.

Consulting the contractors
From 10 to 50 people of various specialties and different tasks participate in a regular construction process. The architect is the connecting link in this long chain. Each of the contractors may address us as many technical questions as they need. We always find the answers.

Making adjustments to the album of construction documents
We record all the changes made to the project during the Architectural Supervision and include them into the final drawings album.
